  • Lola has recently gone through an 18 month total refit 2010-2012! Everything is New! Originally built in Holland as Ariane in 1970 by Massdam: Dekker in Oud Beijerland, the steel hull was moved to Royal Huisman where she was completed. She began life as a successful Sparkman & Stephens ocean racing design and was modified into a cruiser by Koopmans. Her racing lines and sail plan were left unchanged. Lola is a beautiful, fast, seaworthy, circumnavigating machine! The Dutch are known for their steel boat building skills and the pedigree is clearly evident in Lola. Her design and build quality are rarely seen in vessels under 60ft! No expense was spared in bringing her back to "New" condition from top to bottom! Electronics, rigging, sails, mechanicals, electrical, and paint. All NEW! She is very unique, sails like and dream, and must be seen to be fully appreciated. Huge Price Reduction. Priced to Sell! Call for a showing.

  • This is a meticulously maintained bronze port and teak interior edition of a popular, seaworthy, full keel sailboat. All woodwork is regularly maintained. 2003 Honda 4: stroke is wintered indoors. New Sobstad mainsail, 2011. Jib and Genoa in good condition. This is an old fashioned classic with good looks and great sailing characteristics. Its set up for overnight cruising with gimbaled Origo stove, large ice box, s/s sink, foot pumped fresh water, porta potty, clean cushions and storage. After coming through Sandy without a scratch boat is on the hard and covered for the winter.
  • excellent condition: we are second owner since 1999. In 2008 we completely refurbished the boat as noted below. In 2013 we put in a used Volvo Penta diesel model 2010 with low hours on it. The boat looks great and sails great...it is ready for the Sound and San Juan Islands.
  • CSV LeaderShip is a registered 1986 Canadian Sailcraft CS40 Hull no2. She is 40 feet in length of 12.79 tons with a draft of 5’ 7”. She was designed by Tony Castro for high-seas racing/cruising and custom: built for two board of directors’ members of the Canadian Sailcraft Company. She sails wonderfully under any kind of weather. All the key systems have been maintained, updated and/or replaced in the past 4 years and she has no deck rot. We are her third owner and she has been used for cruising the Georgian Bay since 2008. She has never seen salt water and has never been in an accident. No expense has been spared to keep her seaworthy and comfortable since 1996 as both Andre, her former owner, and I had the means and interest to keep her up.
