• Equipment: 30hp Faryman Diesel two cylinder, heat and air, lot's of equipment. You can figure most of the electronics don't work. Gas stove, oven, microwave, hot water, shower in head, lot's of cabinets and storage. All winches bronze. Two two speed Lewmar 28 sheet winches, two eight lewmar on mast, and single lewmar 8 for mainsheet. Definitely needs money and work. Priced accordingly. In a slip and can stay.

• Description: Heavy built Downeaster 38 cutter rig in need of some tlc and replacements. Mast was repaired at some time, unknown issue, and the interior needs cleaning up. aft galley cabinets show rot.. Big windlass davits. The good: Boat was stripped to gelcoat, barrier coated and painted about three years ago. Deck and structure solid.Recent engine work, tank cleaned, engine runs. Bad: Needs at least a new headsail and some running rigging. Needs a lot of work on the iterior and big windows resealed.Lot's of potential.
