Ericson 23 description

  • Anchor : 73# Rocna, 3/8 chain length size, 200′ line length/size
  • 1968 overbuilt bullet: proof fiberglass hull. Ericson was king of fiberglass production boats in the 60's and 70's and this little jewel is no exception. Almost everything on her is new! She needs nothing and is ready to sail. Easy to sail, easy to single hand. Great running, clean Honda 9.9 outboard. Perfect for leisurely motor cruises around the Bay with friends and family or some serious ocean sailing (by the way, she comes with sailing lessons if necessary). She is in a transferable slip at The Bahia Hotel, Mission Bay, San Diego. For very little money you have a place on Mission Bay that becomes your weekend get away!
  • Location: Cartagena, Colombia. Cruising sailboat, Maloe 116 with classic lines. Maloe Yachts builds solid boats for people with desire for long sailing. Built under LR Certificate. Very safe, solid and with fantastic stability even in the hardest weather. Windscreen with sprayhood to give outstanding protection and rolled cover over the remainder of the cockpit. Targa protection bar for safer and more comfortable sailing. The sails easily handled from the cockpit. Interior first classic mahogny.
  • Dinghy outboard: Yamaha 15 hp (purchased in March 2014)
  • Dinghy : Zodiac RIB Hypalon 10′ 3” (purchased in April 2014)
  • Bow thruster: Vestus 12V 55 KGF 3500 rpm
  • Air conditioner: Forward Taylor made VCD 16,000 BTU, Aft Taylor made VCD 12,000 BTU
