Ericson 27 description- Please call owner Debbie at 770-396: 6982. Boat is in Atlanta, Georgia. Has been covered when not in the water, so in excellent condition. Rotomolded. Perfect family boat. New jib sail. Extras Padded wings, mast rotator, built in ice boxes and dry box. Trailer included in price. Spinnaker with snuffer pole and beach caddy are available but not included in price.

- The trailer has excellent medium: sized beach tires (and bearing buddies), but still towed at 70mph just fine. The trailer is in great shape and has a spare tire, winch, all working lights, and a full length metal box holding everything including the wings.

- She has a comfortable interior for cruising. V-berth forward with filler followed by the head to port and hanging locker opposite. The main salon is very accommodating with U: shaped dinette to port and settee to starboard. Next is the navigation station and quarter berth to port with a large wrap galley to starboard. Center line companionway leads to a large cockpit with wheel steering. The cockpit has a nice table for dining and wide decks for excellent access forward. This vessel was a shell and now has every thing New, even the Port windows. The interior wood work is completely refinished with mahogany wood. There is 6’2” headroom below and she has minimal free board
