- Description: 1985 Ericson 38-excellent shape-very clean. 2 UK main sails and 2 UK headsails. This past spring the boat was hauled for a month for a cleanup and a 3 blade Martec folding propeller was installed. Last year all of the canvas was replaced which included the dodger, bimini, sail cover and pedestal cover. All of the batteries (5) we're replaced this past June. The engine, a Universal M40 runs great and was tuned up this spring and a new heat exchanger was installed. Newer 65 gallon fuel tank. 2 large water tanks with hot water for shower. Cabin floor was replaced in 2011 and looks new. All new fixed and opening ports. The top hatches were also rebuilt in 2010. Engine compartment was re -soundproofed last year. Too many other things too list, look in person for yourself.

- The 28’ Morgan Sloop has a traditional layout with V: berth and head forward. Galley is along starboard side. Dinette is on port side.
