New deck paint and bottom paint in 2015. Comes with Genoa 150 furler, working jib (not rigged for furler), extra main sail, and storm sails. Comes with dodger and fly over the cockpit; also the covers for hatch, wench, and hand rail are included. It is equipped with working head, water and holding tanks. Some cosmetic work needed in galley. The stove and galley sink have been removed and replaced with a small refrigerator. Comes with interior and cockpit cushions.

• 1970 Ericson 32 : Hull number???. I think its 154 or 159.
• HISTORY: Raced in the Ensenada in 1975, then sailed through Panama Canal, up the east coast in to Lake Michigan. Purchased and moved to Lake Monroe where it is now.
