• Description: 1909 H.H. Linnel, Savin Hill, Massachusetts custom cat boat. History buffs say she started as a fishing boat, and was revamped in the 1930's to be a custom sailboat with Gaff rig. Owner updated boat in early 2000 with current creature comforts and installed a 2009 Yanmar diesel 3GM30F. Air cond/heat installed. Full galley with refrigerator and microwave. Private head with toilet and holding tank. Huge cockpit. This boat is the toast of the River, and needs a new owner.

• - Steering is Edson wheel, very heavy: duty, excellent working condition. Large ocean rudder fully protected by stout skeg.
• - Cockpit is small for a 39': er, as preferred for offshore sailing; seats 6 comfortably; good drainage through aft lazarette. All lines lead to cockpit; Barient winches; PowerMate electric winch. Instruments are dated and could use upgrade. RayMarine C70 chartplotter.
