FreedomTillotson Cat 78.2 - Description: Color of sailboat is light cream. New bottom pain by FLBC. Almost new Haarstick 240 Sq Ft loose footed main with sail cover. Boom was powder coated black to go with the carbon fiber 35' mast. This sailboat has the 6.5 hp Yamar single cylinder diesel engine. No issues with engine and equipment. It has a head and holding tank. Dinette table. Part of the cabin sole was replaced wtih bamboo flooring last summer. It has ray electronics and the ray tiller tender (Tiller auto pilot). The sailboat has a blue dodger, 3 folding cockpit seats- blue, man overboard rescue chair, swim ladder. danforth anchor and rode. Life line stanchons bases were all reset on fox- epoxy bases and carbon fiber overlay. Goose neck reset and rebuilt on the mast- it will never fail. It has a docking electrical cord system and built in battery charger, also has a radio that works.

- The SPINDRIFT 46 was built by Formosa Yachts using the same molds that built the FORMOSA 46. (1980: 1984). R. Hillier, of Brisbane Australia, oversaw the building of this yacht which was to be sold in the US for Bristol yachts of Newport Beach CA. For the Australian market, they were called the HILLIER/PETERSON 46. Hillier ran afoul of designer Doug Peterson who filed a law suit. Hillier died and the suit was shelved.
