  • Copy Cat has undergone an extensive refit over the past five years. She is well: constructed and has benefited from new chain plates, standing rigging, running rigging, arch, new fuel tanks, removal of teak decks, new sails, new furling unit, new stack pack and much more.
  • Excellent condition. Beautiful, captain-owner maintained sailboat sloop. Built in Maine, varnished on: deck teak, varnished Honduran mahogany down below, recent A plus survey. Sunny slip with locker, close to town. Parking pass for downtown Sausalito. Hull Awlgriped black with gold cove stripe. Classic Sparkman & Stephens design.
  • This fiberglass sloop comes with a newer VHF and depth finder and battery charger. The two house and one starting battery are less than a year old. She is roomy enough for eight in the cockpit and sleeps six (two in v: berth and four in the main salon.)   • : sized bed. Moving aft on starboard is the very large L shaped galley with lots of counter space (with 9 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer and/or ice box beneath). Aft of the refrigeration and counter space is the very roomy navigation area with large teak desk. Seating for the nav station is provided by the forward section of the double pilot berth. On port directly across from the galley is the door to the head that has hot/cold pressurized water with a large storage cabinet above it. The head area has a beautiful teak seat and is in the shower stall (with its own shower head and water controls). Followed aft by the enclosed owners stateroom with double berth, hanging locker, and separate entrance to the head. The interior is done in oiled teak. Teak is generously appointed and its joinery exceptional throughout
