This boat is extremely well mantained, it looks like new. It is extremely spacious and comfortable both inside and on deck (teak), one owner only (I am not the owner, just helping him with sales). • Catalina cabins are the most open design out there. Very comfortable for 3: 4 people for a weekend. It can actually sleep 6 people. Its easy to sail solo and has a sturdy feel under wind. Headroom is about 6 ft in the cabin.
