• Catalina cabins are the most open design out there. Very comfortable for 3: 4 people for a weekend. It can actually sleep 6 people. Its easy to sail solo and has a sturdy feel under wind. Headroom is about 6 ft in the cabin.
• This boat has been set up to sail offshore in comfort. This is NOT a dockside condo, and has been set up for short: handed sailing. The current owner is a knowledgeable sailor who has owned a number of boats, and he understands the importance of maintenance and upkeep. There is a complete SECOND engine and transmission in running order, as well as a third engine which may be used for parts! This boat is seen regularly sailing in the harbor, and everything is kept in excellent running order.
