It includes 36 lb thrust electric outboard, battery, battery box, 10 lb anchor with chain and nylon rode, oars and oar locks, lifting points and nylon bridal for lifting with crane, Compass and trailer. I replaced the halyards and sheets a few years ago. The Jib is a 110%. Mainsail is standard
