Please, I have been contacted by way too many dreamers and keel kickers or people who already have a Cape Dory 27, but just want to compare mine with their's. - A very well: maintained Family Cruiser/Racer located on Canada's beautiful Georgian Bay cruising grounds.
- The large U: shaped galley is aft to port and features a two burner Electrolux propane stove with oven, large ice box with a NorCold 12 volt refrigeration system, and large double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressure water and foot pump.

- Aft and to starboard is the enclosed manual head plumbed via a Y: Valve to the holding tank. A vanity with storage and a sink with H&C pressure water via a "Telephone" style faucet. Ensuite shower drains to a separate sump.
- To Port is the L: Shaped Galley with storage in several lockers and drawers. A large well insulated Refrigerator (Adler Barber) and a two burner gimbaled propane stovetop make preparing meals very convenient. H & C pressure water are plumbed into the SS kitchen sink. Further aft there are two wide 6'6" quarter berths with some storage under as well as in shelves above.
