• Description: The boat is very well maintained. I am the second owner. She is excellent for day sails, weekend outings, and more extended cruising. She sails very well with excellent speed and handling. I am selling in order to purchase a bigger boat. She has a wing keel, 3.5 ft draft, wheel steering, teak companionway doors, and walk-through transom. Pressurized water system, Origo 2-burner alcohol stove, built-in ice box and propane BBQ on stern rail. Tanks: 20 gal water, 12 gal diesel, 13 gal waste. Ample storage under settees, and under v-berth and aft berth. The Yanmar 1GM10 engine is very well maintained and performs reliably – approximately 700 hr on engine. Engine consumes just 0.25-0.3 gal/hour cruising.
• Equipment: I have added a new radio with internal GPS, with RAM microphone in cockpit, new VHF antenna, new LED anchor light, Raymarine autopilot, wind, depth and speed instruments, Humminbird fish finder, Boomkicker and a Garhauer traveler. Mainsail and 130 genoa were installed new approximately 2013, and I purchased a lightly used Neil Pryde asymmetric spinnaker with sock. Standing rigging, lifelines, and running rigging were replaced in 2012, windows were replaced in 2016, and a stainless steel propeller shaft with dripless seal in 2014. LED lights in cabin. I installed a professionally designed lightning ground system (http://marinelightning.com/). Raritan PHII head with new sanitary hoses and 13 gal holding tank installed 2010. There is a large V-berth and double size aft berth. She is equipped with a bimini, dodger and connector in excellent shape. Solar panels totaling 90W are above the bimini with Genasun controllers. Xantrex TrueCharge2 20amp charger.
