• Description: The Yanmar 13HP Diesel is in excellent condition, starts right up, and provides smooth propulsion without any hesitation or vibration and the transmission shifts smoothly with any delay or lurch. Maintenance and service has always been performed regularly and the original Yanmar Owner’s Manual and Parts List are also provided. The raw water inlet pump was completely rebuilt in 2014 and there are extra seals, gaskets and belts provided. The hot water heater may or may not work. It is either 110Vac (dock power) or water is heated thru a heat-exchanger while the engine is running. We never used the hot water feature and after the original hose developed a crack/leak the hoses were disconnected. Our marina has shower facilities so don’t need any hot water.

Hunter 30 description

• The Mar Sea is a 1983 30: foot Masthead Sloop designed by John Cherubini. The boat is currently docked in St Augustine Florida and ready to sail on a moment’s notice. The Mar Sea is in very nice ORIGINAL condition with the exception of a few replaceable items such as galley faucet and shower head. In addition the original radio was upgraded and new sails and halyards replaced in 2014. A complete inspection and “bottom job” was performed in July 2015 and at that time a new SS Main Shaft and Cutlass Bearing was installed. The Windless was also rebuilt in July 2015 with all new bearings, seals and bolting hardware. The sale includes all original Hunter Owners Manuals and accessory literature for the equipment installed by Hunter at the Hunter.
• CONDITION: This boat is in overall EXCELLENT ready to sail condition. She was extremely well made by a father son team with attention to craftsmanship and detail. She is equipped for adventures on a global scale and promises many years of great sailing for her new owner!
