She has been significantly upgraded in recent times to include solar, wind generator and large chart plotter so is easy to cruise and live on off the grid. The seller had planned to have her standing rigging and keel bolts replaced, However, this has not yet been done, in the event that the seller receives a fair offer, he is willing to have both of these jobs completed as part of the sale.
