Compression post needs replaced and bottom needs painted (bottom cleaned w/ zincs done every 60 days, no blistering reported) - other than these, this sailboat is in overall good condition. Engine overhauled and new cockpit canvas in 2016 and new head sail (roller furled) in 2013. A/C and Wabasso heater unit new in 2012. We moved out of state and no longer need her. This also means that we are not there all the time to show her. Currently at a dock with a tenant requiring 30 day min notice to vacate. Our apologies to all, but we do not speak Spanish and, therefore, ask that all responses please be in English. She is being sold AS IS, but ALL personal property goes with us, The Owners, and is NOT included in the asking price of this boat. For the price, this really is a No-Risk boat.
