- Description: Our 23 foot Tempest O’day (1968 Serial #17467)) and Highliner Trailer (2009) is for sale. The boat is located in Edmonton Alberta Canada. The Tempest O’day was designed by Phillip Rhodes & is an excellent trailer launchable cruising sailboat. You would be hard pressed to find a more fun boat. The large cockpit seats up to 8 people.
