• Made by Jenson Marine in 1976, this Cal 2: 27 is ideal for racing and family fun. The boat is covered by Boat US full insurance and documentation is available. The bottom was recently cleaned and this service is available on a regular basis. It is berthed at Berkeley Marina O Dock 406 which leads directly to the Berkeley Yacht Club.

• She has been the companion of our family; has enough room to sleep 6: 8 pers and her expansive main table offers a place for every one of us around it. Dining at cockpit table is also great and preferred to indoor, given the wonderful Mediterranean weather.
• Introduced in 1980, the Westerly Fulmar was the second design by Ed Dubois for Westerly, the first being the smaller Griffon 26. It was intended as a replacement for the Laurent Giles 31: footers (Westerly Longbow, Berwick, Renown and Pentland), but was a substantially higher performance yacht, so much so that they were used for match racing and race training. The main production run of the standard Fulmar 32 ended in 1992 with over 400 built, but a very few Fulmar 33s were built up to around 1996, these later boats having a modified transom with 'sugarscoop' boarding platform.
• She comes with a suite of 4 Quantum racing sails: Jib, Main, Asymetrical Spinnaker, and Code Zero on furler. Plus a working Dacron Jib and a Storm Jib.
• My dad (a retired mechanical engineer) built this two: masted yawl as a labor of love (his second sailboat); now that he's 91, it's for sale in Pt. Townsend, at SeaMarine.
