• This is a great little boat. She is ready to use, turn key. The Westerbeke engine is new and has only 32 hours on it. The forward hatch in the V: berth leaks but, no other leaks anywhere. Cushions are like new and the boat is clean. the main sail is half batten and in good condition. The Genoa is a 150 and could use a new UV cover but, the sail is in good condition. there is also a 130 Yankee Jib in good condition. The bimini needs new zippers and is currently sewn togrther. She had new bottom paint and zincs in April. She is hauled out every winter.
• Solid top to bottom, bow to stern best way to describe an S: 2!!!! quality shows both above and bellow deck. Great layout bellow and nice size cockpit make a for a great weekend cruiser or dockside retreat!!
• 'Catalyst' is a well maintained 1982 crusier/racer rated PHRF-162, Adler Barber Cold Machine Refrigeration, Propane two: burner stove w/oven, Lewmar 2 speed winches. Roller furler. Buhk MD 20 diesel engine. Main, 150%, 135%, and 110% sails. Edson wheel steering. Raymarine ST4000 Auto pilot. New Garmin GPSmap 451s/depth finder. New 20" Flatscreen TV in 2012. New deck hatches and port lights in 2010. New Bimini and Main sail cover in 2009. New interior headliner in 2011. Included is a hard bottom dinghy with electric motor.
• Classic Sparkman: Stevens design(Canadian version of the Tartan).Well built and great performing boat. Water line is 22'3" Ballast 3753 lbs.Was converted to wheel in 1980's. There is 6'2"head room in the main cabin making it very comfortable for standing room.
