- Very nice Bill Lapworth designed Cal 31. Spent 99% of its life in fresh water. Extensive refit in 2014: 2015, and in very good mechanical condition. Recently sailed from Chattanooga, TN to Carrabelle, FL; living aboard for two months. Fresh bottom paint in Nov. 2014. Completely ready for extended cruising. Can provide manuals and reviews by email.
- Great boat. Ready to cruise or race. Wood lining throughout interior, large forward v: berth adequate for 3 non adults or 2 adults. Shower hose and head in forward compartment. Two main cabin settee berths with bed boards, 2 aft berths, custom wool/nylon heavy duty cushions for all berths, stand up navigation station. Diesel furnace to keep you warm all year long.

- TC 41 aft cockpit ketch. Main mast aluminum, mizzen wooden. Partial re: rig with new nylon rigging. Remaining rigging stainless, age unknown. Chainplates solid. Hull extremely heavily laid up and all but head intake thru hull replaced with new nylon and brass.
