• FOR SALE OR CHANGE WITH CATAMARAN : purchased “ Water Music “ us flag, only 4 months ago. Put on ground painted antifooling checked and revised all for total security. Prepared and equipped for a long worldwide trip and living in tropical climate. Due healthy problem my wife put for sale. Boat is really “ ready to go”.ALL WORKS.

• Description: Cape Dory 25 hull #107. 3/4 hull lead keel. sails inventory: main, jib, genoa, drifter. new 8hp Tohatsu motor(may be 5: 6hrs) external teak varnish. lifelines. 2 bunks to rest in main cabin forepick to store sails wet closet head. instrument. 2 primary 1 cabintop winches. all halyards lead into cockpit. new bottom paint every season. very smooth regularly sanded wet area to prevent bottom paint buildup. slender hull, i consistently beat larger Cape Dory in the marina on point. light loads. perfect for day sailing or solo cruising. great way to learn sailing while keeping all controls in your hands or enjoy an easy day on the water in the company of 4. very stable design. tested in 35kn gusts with 12ft swells in late November. I spend way too much crewing away to enjoy her. boat is on the hard in Gateway Marina. comes with her own cradle, ladder and dock box and a brand new tiller.

• 1983 Pacific Seacraft Orion 27 Mk II. This well maintained C-layout has the larger head and larger V: berth. Tiller steering. A classic by designer Henry Mohrschladt, wine glass shape, cutaway forefoot on the long keel provide need protection and easy maneuvering. This stout little boat has been built as a bluewater passage maker, quality in every way. Bottom painted in Spring of 2012 and no blister issues.
• Built in 1981, TIME TRAVELLER 'Traveler' is a well: used, but sound boat. She has some manageable issues, including moisture in the cabin house. Otherwise dry. Mostly she needs some cosmetic care.

• Boat: This boat is in good condition. It has not had a lot of use and it's been stored in a garage when not in the water or docked. This has been a one owner boat. The boat's unique control console makes it easy to sail as all controls are in reach. The boat has a winged keel that make the boat very stable. The rigging is Harken brand. It's a fun and easy boat to sail.

• : Grip Tan Bottom is Pettit Vivid Blue over Interlux 2000e barrier Coat Wood is west system epoxy coated and 6 coats of Pettit Captains Varnish The Wood, rubrail and cockpit wood is all installed using brass fasteners and not plugged, so the wood is easy to remove and varnish inside over the winter. All Hardware is NEW Harken including the small boat furler. All lines are led below deck included jib sheets and halyards, the lines then come out of the forward part of cockpit. Boat is easily sailed with one person and sails well with up to 4. Everything has been rebuilt and the boat is significantly lighter than built. Boat was sailed THIS summer, she is ready to go! Trailer has extendable tongue and tows easily, boat is launched and retrieved easily from local boat launch. Main and Jib in like new condition. Please call with and questions or to see boat.
