- J24 Sailboat : good condition. Moored in Lake Union; full set of sails ready to enjoy the Fall winds. Comes with a trailer complete; trailer is currently stored in Seattle. Boat is moored in Lake Union.
- Easy setup, Easy trailering, cruising sloop pulls with small vehicle. - Aft and to starboard is the enclosed manual head plumbed via a Y: Valve to the holding tank. A vanity with storage and a sink with H&C pressure water via a "Telephone" style faucet. Ensuite shower drains to a separate sump.
- To Port is the L: Shaped Galley with storage in several lockers and drawers. A large well insulated Refrigerator (Adler Barber) and a two burner gimbaled propane stovetop make preparing meals very convenient. H & C pressure water are plumbed into the SS kitchen sink. Further aft there are two wide 6'6" quarter berths with some storage under as well as in shelves above.
