- Description: A hard dodger with Lexan windshield keep the center cockpit dry from rain and waves and a Sunbrella Bimini with side curtains provides much needed shade from the sun.
Irwin 30 description- The forward V: berth has a bunk bed arrangement, the settee in the main cabin can be used for a 3/4 size bunk, and the private aft stateroom has a queen size bed. There are two heads, one forward on the starboard side, the other aft on the port side.
- Custom built cold: molded cutter rigged sailboat is ready to set sail. She was launched in Vancouver, Canada in 2006 and proved herself as a reliable off shore vessel while sailing from British Columbia to sunny Manzanillo, Mexico. She has been a comfortable liveaboard for the past 8 winters and is presently in dry dock in San Carlos, Mx (only a few hours drive from Phoenix or Tuscon) where she is awaiting a new captain and crew.
- Excellent choice for the casual day: sailor on a budget, this is a good old boat that has been faithfully maintained. Roomy cockpit, wide walkways, and ample interior volume. Always in Lake Michigan, never in salt water.
- Current owner has used the boat for day: sailing, light cruising around the southern end of Lake Michigan, plus some beer can races maybe twice a year. All maintenance, including regular servicing of the engine, performed by Crowley's Yacht Yard in Chicago.
- Forward of the galley is a dining table and U: shaped setee upholstered in Ultra Suede that seats eight for dinner or can entertain 11 people for poker. Opposite the table is another pullman sofa starboard. These 3 sofas have stowable lee cloths and can be quickly converted into beds for extra crew.
