Jensen Cal 76.2 description- The Island Packet 31 is a true American cruising classic. The model was highly successful with a total of 262 boats built from 1983: 1989. They were built to last a lifetime with a winning combination of broad beam, traditional styling, easily managed rig, shoal draft and an innovative interior. Morning Star is in good condition and ready for her next adventure. She is perfect for cruising the Bahamas with her optional shoal draft keel and centerboard (3' up and 7' down).
- 28' 1977 MARINER, it is beautiful inside and out with a Yanmar inboard motor that is in great running conditions, the motor alone runs between $6,000: $10,000. The sailboat is currently getting a brand new exterior paint job done in white. The interior of the boat is also in great shape. Great for a couple to live in or great for the weekends, very specious and you are able to stand inside the boat with no problems. The sailboat is currently located in a storage facility that has slips, it is a great location in Kemah, if you want to leave it where it is at it's only $149.00 even a month with bill included (water and electricity). - "The Eastport Pram, with more than 800 built, is one of the most popular small dinghies in the world. Classic good looks, stand: out performance, and ease of construction are hallmarks of this John C. Harris design. We gave the Eastport Pram deep rocker for low wetted surface and to keep the transoms from dragging. The result is a boat that is as easy and satisfying to row as you can expect on such a short waterline. Used as a tender to a larger boat, or kept at a dock, it's possible to undertake a long afternoon row around the local waters without breaking a sweat.
