• Head : Large ‘’wet’’ closet with drain. The toilet has been changed to an electric one with foot controls. There’s a hot and cold pressurized shower with separate sink and build in pharmacy.

• Cockpit: Very roomy and comfy! Can sit easily 8 adults. Easy to clean with the wash: down system. The double folding table is permanent, therefore, you can eat on the go. The cushions are held down by stainless steel snaps, so they don’t fly out. There’s also a giant storage bin for the batteries, fenders, life jackets, etc under the middle seat and 3 more storage bins on the stern.
• In the galley: separate fridge and freezer with their own controls allow to you to keep provisions fresh and even have ice cream onboard! The galley also include a Force10 cooking station with 2 burners, roomy oven, and broil. There’s also a Corian fitted cutting board that goes over one of the sink to allow extra preparation room.
• Salon: Very open and bright. There’s shades on every opening. Very comfortable U shape dinette corner with solid teak table. This space become a berth as well, perfect to cuddle up and watch movies on rainy days. The card table and the compartments under the seats offers a lot of storage!

• 28' 1977 MARINER, it is beautiful inside and out with a Yanmar inboard motor that is in great running conditions, the motor alone runs between $6,000: $10,000. The sailboat is currently getting a brand new exterior paint job done in white. The interior of the boat is also in great shape. Great for a couple to live in or great for the weekends, very specious and you are able to stand inside the boat with no problems. The sailboat is currently located in a storage facility that has slips, it is a great location in Kemah, if you want to leave it where it is at it's only $149.00 even a month with bill included (water and electricity). • I love this boat. It has beautiful lines and is very sturdy and safe. I've spent far more than $6,375 on it with new life: lines, all new bronze through hull fittings, etc. It is "not" in excellent condition, but not a total project boat. You can sail it and it starts right up. The Yanmar 2GM is a great engine and was new about 10 years ago I'm told. It doesn't look new now but does start right up every time.
• Outstanding condition. Garage: kept and sailed only 4 times. Orginal owner who has taken meticulous care of the bot and the Hobie Tandem Island Trailer made by Trailex (with cradles). Boat is the red color, and has the optional trampolines (gray color and in mint condition).
