- Description: 1974 Laguna Windrose 18', 400 lbs Swing Keel, New custom made main sail with 2 hrs on it, 1984 Johnson 6 hp OB with 2 hrs on it this season, runs like a champ and clean bill of health from mechanic at start of season. Jib sail, all lines, Blue with Red eagle along beams. Can sail right now. Interior has been removed for remodel, A great project boat. Fresh from Colorado this May, it has never seen an east coast winter. With trailer that has made it across country without any issue. A great boat for pulling up to islands or sand bars due to the swing keel or a remodelers dream.

Laguna Windrose 54.8 description- The result is a slim, fair underbody, with low wetted surface. In profile, the 37 looks as long and sleek as a lot of 40: footers. The secret, as it turns out, is that the boat gradually stretched out during the design process until its final overall length was almost 39ft. This is, of course, an excellent way to improve the looks of almost any yacht. The C&C 37 /40 looks sweet from every angle, with a nice sheerline, plenty of bow overhang and a sleek, unobtrusive cabin.
