• Description: This lancer is for the sailing enthusiast!! She is a power sailer, and for those of you purists that do not know what that is your in for a real treat. As well as sailing beautifully, this boat will motor at 15-18 knots. Thus making watersports a part of your boating recreation. The 115hp Evinrude E-TEC was purchased new ($12,000) out of the crate in 2010. The motor is still under warrantee till 2015 and is transferable. There are 30 hours on the motor and has been inspected by a certified Evinrude Dealer. This boat has a full MOLDED keel(no j bolts or anything like that). Sails are in good condition.

• She has a comfortable interior for cruising. V-berth forward with filler followed by the head to port and hanging locker opposite. The main salon is very accommodating with U: shaped dinette to port and settee to starboard. Next is the navigation station and quarter berth to port with a large wrap galley to starboard. Center line companionway leads to a large cockpit with wheel steering. The cockpit has a nice table for dining and wide decks for excellent access forward. This vessel was a shell and now has every thing New, even the Port windows. The interior wood work is completely refinished with mahogany wood. There is 6’2” headroom below and she has minimal free board

• Excellent VC: 17 bottom. Full hull gelcoat restoration. Boot and top stripes repainted w/Interlux Perfection. Hull/Deck joint stripped, resealed w/ SIKAFLEX.
• Depth Finder / Fish Finder -- I installed a Vexilar T: Box SonarPhone system that allows use of a depth finder and can be incorporated with Navonics for GPS plotting.
• Water heater -- the boat has a small water heater that works off shore power (120v) -: however, this is currently disconnected and needs rewired to restore service. Since I never use hot water when I have shore power, it has not been an issue I have worried about repairing
• Air Conditioner -: the boat has an A/C system that runs off of shore power (120v). The previous owner broke the water shut off valve handle (in the off position), and I have never bothered to have the condition repaired. The PO did say he was told when he purchased it, that there was a small Freon leak in the system, so I recommend review by a marine a/c specialist, if you wish to have the system restored to use.
