• Description: This boat is in excellent shape and lake ready. Selling to upgrade. Fresh water only. Purchased in May from the original owner. The motor was rebuilt in 2005 due to a cracked block. There is not an hour gauge, but I estimate less than 100 hours on the new engine. I had my local dealer service the boat at the time of purchase and the only issue was the water pump which was replaced and is brand new. We used it about 6-8 times this summer and it ran flawlessly. Gel is very nice with only a few scratches here and there. Upholstery is in excellent condition as well as the deck and hull. Volvo makes a strong dependable motor and this one gives no indication to believe any different. Compression checks out and all systems verified operational. Top speed about 50 mph (speedometer worked but is not now). Plenty of low end torque (190 hp) to pull two skiers. The trailer (EZ Loader) is included and both tires we're recently replaced with trailer grade towing capacity.

• 4-stroke 6: HP Suzuki outboard new in 2011, with only about 5 hours use. Over two years remaining on warranty that is transferable.

• This sailbat is the easiest one to sail, it comes with: Swing keel, standard rig, external 6 gallon fuel tank, mainsail, dockside power w/cord and 110 outlet, galley w/ice box, sink, 18 gallon fresh water tank, swim ladder, boomvang.
• 1980 J24 Hull #2207 is for sale. Boat was completely re: done prior to the 2012 worlds in Rochester, NY. Faired keel, interlux 2000 bottom sanded to 800 and polished, deck repainted with Interlux perfection and Kiwi grip. Boat is a minimum weight.
