MacGregor 25' description- Swift Marine, Wrightsville Beach, went out of business in late 70's. This boat was assembled and rigged(with modern rigging: Harken traveler, lazy jacks, reefing, Pro Furl jib, etc.)in 1996. Boat was pulled this winter and repainted. Kept on boat lift. THIS IS A FAST BOAT. But safe. Never been flipped. It is featured in Multihulls Mag in late 70's. Designed by Ed Dopler, Cal.

- Description: I bought this boat in February of 2015 and completely rebuilt it. I took all of the hardware off, sanded the entire boat, re-did the bottom with copper ablative paint, and repainted the topside and sides above the waterline. I also replaced a majority of the rigging and added new turnbuckles where needed. I removed the swing keel and grinded all of the rust off and then painted it with new anti-rust paint. I also bought a fairly new outboard that was not really used by previous owner. It is a 3.5 hp Nissan. I will attach photos of the rebuild and then the finished product. This boat also includes the trailer which will need to be re-registered. I am selling it because I got a new boat and am no longer living in Texas.

- • Interior: Completely refurbished. All new interior from walls, to cushions (ultra leather) to ceilings. Excellent condition w/ no mold. Air Conditioned at all times when docked. Ice Box w/ 3" insulation. Red courtesy lights through out cabin and cock pit. New plumbing with electric 12 v. DC pump. Large 5 gal SantiPotti. New 700 gph Bilge pump. VHF Radio. Flat screen TV w/ DVR. Sleeps 5 w/ dining table folding into a double bed. Nice feature.
- • Exterior: New running lights, deck light, and Anchor light. Forward anchor locker with Danforth 9# Anchor. All running rigging replaced in 2008. New electrical with 2 DC panels and 110 shore power with 25 ft . shore line.
- North Sails: 155 % Furling jib, new 2003, 1.5 oz cruising Gennaker, Main, Schaefer jib furling system, Adjustable backstay, Aluminum mast and boom, new mast step in 2003, Standing rigging replaced in 2007. Replaced wire main halyard with high performance main halyard system so sail goes up with no effort.
