  • Description: It offers great sailing or if you prefer Power boating, with a 50hp outboard, full standing headroom, and wheel steering. It sleeps six in three full-sized double berths. One is as large as a king-sized bed. There is a full galley and enclosed head. The 26 has a walk-through transom for easy boarding. A hinged steering seat swings down to close off the open transom for security. 1,400 pounds of water ballast provide the self-righting stability of a keel boat. The boat weighs 2,250 pounds empty, allowing high powering speed and easy towing behind standard cars. The 26 is just under 8 feet wide (beam) for legal towing everywhere. It is the easiest to ramp-launch and rig of any of the competing trailerable sailboats.
