I have just returned from a 1 year cruise (charter season) through the Bahamas and she is ready to go again. The wiring is all new, interior is refinished, Sitka Spruce Spars have been refinished with West System and Epoxy paint. I have a recent survey in hand. Many upgrades and improvements. I am looking for a bigger boat and this is what motivates the sale.
