• Description: For the serious blue water cruiser. The Ted Brewer and Jack Corey designed Morgans, including the Morgan 323, are preferred designs. They are very heavily (11,000 pounds), well built and have classic lines. Displacement to length ratio of approximately 316 and built with a solid fiberglass hull. With a 11.6 foot beam, she is very roomy and comfortable below deck. The draft is 4 feet. A 4000 pound lead internal ballast with no keel bolts to worry about. There are no flat areas on the underside of the hull to pound. The rudder is skeg hung and well protected as is the propellor. She is capable of sailing any sea with supreme authority. She is very sea kindly in a blow, handles more weather gracefully, and yet is responsive in light air. The Morgan 323 is for the serious cruising sailor(s) who appreciates performance, seaworthiness, comfort and craftsmanship in their yacht. This Morgan 323 has lots of cruising extras, well maintained, and looking for new owner(s) to let her owner go ashore to cruise for awhile.
• Equipment: Depth sounder with water temp and timer. Avon 4 person life raft, needs annual service. Simpson Lawrence anchor with100’ 3/8” chain and 100’ 1/2" rode. Danforth with approximately 50’ 3/8 chain and 100’ rode. Spare anchors and rode. Lewmar heavy duty chain and rope windlass. Miscellaneous books, tapes, CDs, cruising stuff, etc…….27 Gal diesel tank and 5 gerry jugs 20 Water tank and 1 gerry jug. Selling AS IS.
