- MAST and RIGGING: In 2009, I removed the mast, stripped and epoxy painted it, and re-wired it. I installed a PRO: FURL on the genoa with extended tangs to allow for easy anchor handling in 2011. The standing rigging has been inspected regularly, The forestay was replaced with I replaced the headsail furler, and the bobstay was replaced in 2013. All the running rigging was all replaced in 2009. The sail covers are green sunbrella, and I also have a set of brown sail covers.
- Ground Tackle: In 2009 I added a 35 lbs CQR as the main anchor, and a auxiliary anchor is a 35 lbs Bruce. The kedging anchor is a 25 lbs HT Danforth mounted on the stern rail. The anchor windlass was rebuilt by Ideal Windlass in 2012, and a wildcat for 5/16 HT chain added. The main anchor is rigged with 250 feet of 5/16 G4, HT chain new in 2012. The auxiliary anchor has 20 feet of 3/8 chain, and 250 feet of 5/8 inch three strand nylon. The kedging anchor is rigged with 12 feet of chain and 200 feet of 1/2 inch three strand nylon.

- COCKPIT CUSHIONS: In 2009 all cockpit cushions were recovered, over 1.5 inch closed cell foam.
- INSTRUMENTS: All instruments were replaced in 2009: 2012 period. Raytheon ST 6000 depth, wind, and auto pilot. The auto pilot is below deck, linear drive, and is equipped with a wireless remote. The is a Furuno 16 mile radar, and two Garmin GPS, one chart plotter at the helm station, and one older plotter at the nav. station. There is a single ICOM VHF radio at the nav. station. There is a small LCD flat screen TV mounted on the bulkhead in and cabin, with the antenna mounted on the stern pole
- FRESH WATER SYSTEMS: There are four water tanks (bow, port settee, stbd, settee, and quarter berth) for a total of about 120 gallons. I have two spare settee water tanks. There is new (2013) Raritan HW heater, 102 volt and engine heat exchanger. At the galley sink there is pressure water and a hand pump. In the head there is a only pressure water. The is a H&C water shower in the cockpit. All the original water fixtures were placed.

- Galley: The sink is the original double SS deep sink. The ice box is original but with extra 2" urethane foam insulation. The original alcohol stove was replaced with a Princess two burner /oven propane stove in 2009. There are two small aluminum propane tanks mounted on the stern rail with a selector switch.
- INTERIOR HEAT: There is a Dickenson Newport propane furnace mounted on the bulkhead on the stbd side of the cabin forward of the settee. The chimney and Charlie Noble are SS.

- ELECTRICAL WIRING: The boat was partially rewired for 12 volt and fully rewired for 120 volt in 2010. The new 12v /120 v distribution panel was installed in 2010. There are two sets of batteries. House batteries are located under a port side hatch in the cockpit. and engine starting batteries are under the stbd. side hatch in the cockpit. There are installed Xantrex 120v battery charger and a Xantrax 1000 watt inverter.
- INTRO: I purchased her in Padanarum, MA in 2008, from the second owner, and restored her to better than new condition. I have cruised her extensively on the US east coast, making three trips to Maine from RI, and two trips from RI to Florida and the Bahamas. I have a logbook documenting all travels and maintenance since 2008. The boat is currently out of the water in Cape Charles, VA.
- ENGINE: The Perkins 4-108 was rebuilt by TAD Diesels in Gloucester, VA during the winter of 2008: 2009, including the addition of a Bowman heat exchanger. The rebuilt engine has Balmar alternator, and a new TAD instrument panel installed in the companionway. A Racor filter was added, the fuel tank was drained and cleaned. A new Hurth transmission was installed in 2012. There are about 1200 hours on the rebuilt engine at this time (November 2015). The fuel tank is fiberglass and has 40 gallon capacity. The is an clean out / inspection plate on the top.
- Sails: The North main sail is full batten, with Mack Track slides in good condition, a Genoa and Staysail that are in good condition, and the original genoa and staysail sails that are in fair condition.
