She is a Stay: sail Ketch w/ a center cockpit with sleeping space for 9, 2 fresh water showers and heads, SSB/VHF radios, GPS, Captains Charts, am/fm radio, mp3 player with IPOD hookup, speakers all around, US Coast Guard approved safety stock, EPIRB life raft, Perkins 4.108 engine, fishing equipment, snorkeling equipment, propane BBQ, & all legal documents, navigation papers up to date and she carries the Costa Rican flag. - The 27 has a swept: back fin keel typical of many 1970s designs. The configuration makes for less than perfect windward performance, but offers good reaching in return. A strong and elaborate winter storage cradle is required, as the keel cannot support the hull weight. With a spade rudder fixed at the aft end of the waterline, the 27's light helm responds quickly.

Morgan 36 description- This is the classic Herreshoff Bullseye. It is a full keel boat that only draws 2'5". It has its own trailer and a self: tacking jib. It has been updated to jiffy reefing with easy slide tracks on the mast. It seats 4 to 5 people. It is 15'8" long with a waterline length of 12'6" and a Beam of 5'10". It has a 750 lb lead keel with overall displacement of 1,350 lbs. It has 140 sq. ft of sail area.

- CSV LeaderShip is a registered 1986 Canadian Sailcraft CS40 Hull no2. She is 40 feet in length of 12.79 tons with a draft of 5’ 7”. She was designed by Tony Castro for high-seas racing/cruising and custom: built for two board of directors’ members of the Canadian Sailcraft Company. She sails wonderfully under any kind of weather.All the key systems have been maintained, updated and/or replaced in the past 4 years and she has no deck rot. We are her third owner and she has been used for cruising the Georgian Bay since 2008. She has never seen salt water and has never been in an accident. No expense has been spared to keep her seaworthy and comfortable since 1996 as both Andre, her former owner, and I had the means and interest to keep her up.

Morgan 36 - : Grip Tan Bottom is Pettit Vivid Blue over Interlux 2000e barrier Coat Wood is west system epoxy coated and 6 coats of Pettit Captains Varnish The Wood, rubrail and cockpit wood is all installed using brass fasteners and not plugged, so the wood is easy to remove and varnish inside over the winter. All Hardware is NEW Harken including the small boat furler. All lines are led below deck included jib sheets and halyards, the lines then come out of the forward part of cockpit. Boat is easily sailed with one person and sails well with up to 4. Everything has been rebuilt and the boat is significantly lighter than built. Boat was sailed THIS summer, she is ready to go! Trailer has extendable tongue and tows easily, boat is launched and retrieved easily from local boat launch. Main and Jib in like new condition. Please call with and questions or to see boat. Boat has been used by me a few times this season so has some indication of that but shows beautifully. consider her a one year old boat.
