Rigging fully replaced 2013. Bottom cleaned repainted and propeller replaced 2016. New gasket installed around fuel gage. NADA guide values @ $11,105 to 12,710.
- New Yanmar diesel engine, 3: JH5E with just 500 hours. Borg Warner transmission. Manual Windless, 3 anchors including a 65 pound Danforth and great tackle. Hot water return on engine heats your fresh water but also hot water heater included.

- She is ready to sail(sale)... a 1975 Grampian built strong presently water docked and has may accessories. Outboard 4-stroke 9.9 long: shaft Evinrude (recently serviced) and new humminbird depth/fish finder. Included also is a 7 ft Achilles inflatable/paddles, life perservers, total 3 head sails and main and brand new bimini top. Condition of sails is very good, interior head room is 6 ft, has v berth and side berth. She has been taken very good care of. Last month had the hull inspected by a diver and cleaned... the inspection was all positive. The boat is presently in the water docked at a marina near Oriental. - The forward cabin offers a large v: berth, hanging locker, shelved storage and under bunk storage. The main cabin has full length settees on either side fitted with contoured cushions. A private aft cabin features a large double bunk and ample locker storage. The cockpit is roomy and efficiently laid out to accommodate crewed or short handed sailing.

O'Day 25cb - : top which gives her a very distinctive feature. The 27 T2 displaces only 5400 pounds but is very quick and well built. The only critique with this 27 was the lack of headroom (Practical Sailor Dec 1995). The keel is bone dry and the cabin include Wine glass holder, CB radio, all necessary marine equipment, including five type II life jackets, and an additional 310sqft main sail. Two stroke engine and maintenance is conducted regularly. This boat is simply looking for a good home and a owner for the upcoming season. Owners feel that the boat stands up well to windy conditions, stating that they feel safe in the boat because she is stable and remains under control when the usual precautions have been taken. (Practical Sailor Magazine, June 1, 1995.) We love to sail and recently upgraded to a 34 footer simply because of additional stowing for our diving equipment. Our asking price is $6,000 but open minded to negotiations.
