- Description: Good boat, sails in good shape, new bottom paint, fresh battery. Easy to sail and rig. Motor has electric start so it can also charge the battery. The only problem with the boat is a leak in the water ballast system. I put in an electric bilge so it can sit in the water but I don't know where it is coming from. The boat has a swing keel and can sit in very shallow water.

Oday 25CB description- The Beneteau 43 is a fast cruising design that offers a dual helm, large cockpit, generous beam with very easy access from the water via the swim platform and walk: through transom. Still in her original ownership and even though she was originally in charter, her usage and hours are still moderate and it is clear that her owners have taken special care to keep her in great condition. Unlike many of her three cabin sister ships, Barefoot Life offers the preferred two head layout with a spacious separate shower stall.

- Reason for selling: When I was younger my dad started a sailing club for kids aged 9: 15. It proved to be a highlight in my adolescent years. This boat was donated to the club which sold it to me. The idea was for me to be a skipper in the club using this boat for teaching kids about sailing. The problem is that as a full time teacher and professional musician I have not been able to dedicate the time needed to get it sailing. I'm sad to see it go. I like the layout and stability.
