- The deck layout is very clean and is a benefit of the simple design. The T: shaped cockpit is very large and is separated by the main sheet traveler and is within reach of the helm. The helm is a 42 inch Edson wheel which was offered as a factory option.
- There are two cabins on the J105. The forward V: berth is 7' long and will accommodate two. The headroom is 5'5" in the main saloon. The manual head is to port and has a wash basin with manual hand pump for freshwater. There is a hanging locker to starboard. The galley is to port and the chart table to starboard. Settees on both port and starboard side will sleep two. The storage lockers are located behind the backrests of the settees. The cabin sole is constructed from Teak and Holly. A 20 square inch hatch is located in the forward berth area.

- 'Catalyst' is a well maintained 1982 crusier/racer rated PHRF-162, Adler Barber Cold Machine Refrigeration, Propane two: burner stove w/oven, Lewmar 2 speed winches. Roller furler. Buhk MD 20 diesel engine. Main, 150%, 135%, and 110% sails. Edson wheel steering. Raymarine ST4000 Auto pilot. New Garmin GPSmap 451s/depth finder. New 20" Flatscreen TV in 2012. New deck hatches and port lights in 2010. New Bimini and Main sail cover in 2009. New interior headliner in 2011. Included is a hard bottom dinghy with electric motor.
- Dutch Doggs Too has the double V: berth forward. Next aft and to starboard is the enclosed head with sink and marine toilet with holding tank. Across to port is a hanging locker and a storage locker. Next is the main saloon with settees port and starboard. There is a fold down dining table with storage behind on the forward bulkhead. Aft of the port settee is the galley with single sink with foot pump water and large insulated ice box. Aft to starboard is a large quarter berth and AC/DC electrical panel.

- 1980 J24 Hull #2207 is for sale. Boat was completely re: done prior to the 2012 worlds in Rochester, NY. Faired keel, interlux 2000 bottom sanded to 800 and polished, deck repainted with Interlux perfection and Kiwi grip. Boat is a minimum weight.
