- Description: Well-maintained O'Day 272. Brand new Sobstad mainsail. 4 year-old Sobstad jib on Harken furler. Wing keel does well upwind and allows for sailing in shallower waters. Always kept in fresh water. Nice upholstery. Currently in-water and ready to sail with slip at Edgewater Yacht Club paid through Fall 2015. 2014 insurance survey available. Can teach new owner routine for decommissioning, commissioning, learning to sail if needed.

O'Day 272 description- New Yanmar diesel engine, 3: JH5E with just 500 hours. Borg Warner transmission. Manual Windless, 3 anchors including a 65 pound Danforth and great tackle. Hot water return on engine heats your fresh water but also hot water heater included.

- 29. Winch: Self: tailing two speed Lewmar Model 40 winch in main cabin. One line raises sail, one adjust front of sail, and one to adjust outward end of sail. When sail comes down it folds and stores itself. Unbelievably easy to sail this vessel! Reefing for storm is a simple matter of lowering sail height, from inside cabin, until operator is comfortable with setting.
