  • Description: 1987 O'Day 272. Hauled out April 2014, bottom painted,new shaft,stuffing box,propeller. Diesel engines starts easy and burns very little fuel, about 1/3 gal per hour at 1800 rpm 4 knots, but will go faster. When I sell this boat, I will get a larger sailboat. One thing nice is this boat is trailerable.I have pdf files of original brochure and some pictures. I may be interested in taking a small compact car as partial trade. This is the first and only sailboat I have ever sailed.
  • Equipment: 6 foot headroom in cabin.Set up for one person to sail easily.All new running rigging this year color coded as the original lines were. I have the owner's manual. All lines run to cockpit. New mainsail purchased in April 2014, never used. I am still sailing the old sails. Roller furler updated. Head system new plumbing, head rebuilt, new pump out pump. Bilge pump new.
