- Description: Spacious cock pit with wheel steering and spacious down below, tall headroom and wide beam make it feel like a 30 footer inside. This boat is easy to single hand from the cock pit - all lines run to the cock pit, roller furling jib and full batten main. 10 Hp Universal diesel (rebuilt within the last 5 years) provides plenty of power. 6ft 2in head room below, teak through out the interior. Sleeps 5 - 6 in two double, two single and one quarter berth. L shaped galley with plenty of storage for trips up the bay. Navigation station for radio/electronics and stereo near the cock pit entrance. Perfect boat, fast and nimble, sure to take you anywhere the wind blows. Loaded with 3 sails (main, 155, 135) and accessories.

- This is a 2005 MacGregor 26M sailboat with many features and currently is located at Hanna Creek Marina in a slip for the season (May 1st : October 31st) which is included. It has a 2006 Yamaha 50hp outboard engine. I have attached pictures including two (2) documents stating all the features of this boat. Also includes a MacGregor trailer. Everything has been serviced, cleaned up, and she is all ready to go for a great summer.
