• Description: 1975 Pearson 10M excellent sailing vessel set up for long term cruising. Boat has been modified for cruising in the past year I have removed boom traveler which was right in front of helm and installed a mid boom traveler on cabin roof which allowed cockpit to be closed in, also stepped mast at end of 2015 season and installed radar all new lights LED all new rigging running and standing new wind gauge, removed original hood furler and replaced with updated Furlex 300s furler, installed 240 watt solar panel (w 30 amp controller)on top of radar arch I installed spring of 2016. also installed a split system water cooled 12V refrigerator in ice box running off batteries on solar bank, 2 house batteries 1 start battery and 2 solar Group 31 AGM all new 2016. installed 110v shore power with zantrex 1800 watt pure sine wave inverter and 2 bank zantrex battery charger new 2016, all lighting in cabin LED, new west marine on demand water pump, and upgraded 6 gal hot water heater 110v and engine loop. all new water lines from tanks port and starboard to pump. boat is powered by a Yanmar 2gym 18 hp diesel engine, just replace exhaust manifold and riser and mixing elbow riser is SS will last forever, also in 2016 new impeller water lines and oil change and both fuel filters. 20 gal fuel tank, 50 gal water, 6 gallon holding tank with new Y valve and will be installing a new flush toilet. All gauges are Raymarine st60 intrgated seatalk with a C120 plotter with sirrus weather and radio, and 5000 autohelm with a wired raymarine remote with display st600r, also nema to usb to plug in computer for plotting in cabin at nav desk all info on computer. Panasonic radio new 2016 with bluetooth and new speakers in and outside cabin. Magma grill 2 anchors delta and danforth. Have new windlass that i have not installed yet that could be included. Galley has 3 burner stove with oven powered by CNG much safer than propane and i have a spare tank also microwave. Head and shower same room. I have rigged davits off of radar arch for dingy.
