- Air Conditioner -: the boat has an A/C system that runs off of shore power (120v). The previous owner broke the water shut off valve handle (in the off position), and I have never bothered to have the condition repaired. The PO did say he was told when he purchased it, that there was a small Freon leak in the system, so I recommend review by a marine a/c specialist, if you wish to have the system restored to use.

Pearson 28 description- 1GM 10L: G2 engine number is 0804 The hour meter reads 545 but it is an old hour meter. The former owner told me the engine has less than 20 hours on her.

- Condition: Well: kept Stone Horse, exterior teak has been left natural, so has much of the original thickness. Wooden mast and spars have been nicely varnished and maintained. Below is clean and dry.
- Accommodations Full width of the hull v: berth forward sleeps two with smaller quarter berths aft. Nicely equipped galley and two molded in seats make her a very comfortable pocket cruiser. Sitting headroom below. Heater extends the sailing season.

- 28' 1977 MARINER, it is beautiful inside and out with a Yanmar inboard motor that is in great running conditions, the motor alone runs between $6,000: $10,000. The sailboat is currently getting a brand new exterior paint job done in white. The interior of the boat is also in great shape. Great for a couple to live in or great for the weekends, very specious and you are able to stand inside the boat with no problems. Pearson 28 - : sized bed. Moving aft on starboard is the very large L shaped galley with lots of counter space (with 9 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer and/or ice box beneath). Aft of the refrigeration and counter space is the very roomy navigation area with large teak desk. Seating for the nav station is provided by the forward section of the double pilot berth. On port directly across from the galley is the door to the head that has hot/cold pressurized water with a large storage cabinet above it. The head area has a beautiful teak seat and is in the shower stall (with its own shower head and water controls). Followed aft by the enclosed owners stateroom with double berth, hanging locker, and separate entrance to the head. The interior is done in oiled teak. Teak is generously appointed and its joinery exceptional throughout
