Pearson 303 description- 2012 : GRENADA.

- Foredeck, has safe wide side: decks, the "doghouse" is both a great spot for dogs or crew on watch. The flush deck can hold two large dinghies (up to 11/12')

- Boat: This boat is in good condition. It has not had a lot of use and it's been stored in a garage when not in the water or docked. This has been a one owner boat. The boat's unique control console makes it easy to sail as all controls are in reach. The boat has a winged keel that make the boat very stable. The rigging is Harken brand. It's a fun and easy boat to sail.
