• Very nice Bill Lapworth designed Cal 31. Spent 99% of its life in fresh water. Extensive refit in 2014: 2015, and in very good mechanical condition. Recently sailed from Chattanooga, TN to Carrabelle, FL; living aboard for two months. Fresh bottom paint in Nov. 2014. Completely ready for extended cruising. • Description: Single owner Pearson 30 has been moored in Manchester MA harbor since 1976. The boat was repowered this year ( a 'new' Atomic 4 but actually a rebuild by Moyer Marine that looks brand new as the engines are no longer made). In addition, the combination cooling/exhaust system was replaced two years ago. Both these jobs were done by Cape Ann Marina.
