Pearson 31-2 description

  • 1983 J: 29 fractional rig with outboard motor. The deluxe version with all the options. A great performance boat for club racing, PHRF 111.
  • The result is a slim, fair underbody, with low wetted surface. In profile, the 37 looks as long and sleek as a lot of 40: footers. The secret, as it turns out, is that the boat gradually stretched out during the design process until its final overall length was almost 39ft. This is, of course, an excellent way to improve the looks of almost any yacht. The C&C 37 /40 looks sweet from every angle, with a nice sheerline, plenty of bow overhang and a sleek, unobtrusive cabin.
  • A true blue water cruiser. This is a great example of an Allied Mistress, Hull #33, a proven seaworthy passagemaker and a great liveaboard : A thick, solid glass hull makes sure to keep you safe and afloat. We are the third owner and have only had her 3.5 years. We are leaving the lifestyle and need to pass her on. The original owner had the interior commissioned/appointed nicely. This is a 2 Cabin, 1 Salon, 2 Head, Center Cockpit Vessel.
