- The layout of the interior is functional with a V: berth, head forward, and with proper settee berths in the main salon forward of the galley & navigation station. Aft to starboard is a cabin with double berth and to port is a second head. The 43hp Volvo engine is located under the galley sink.
Pearson 31-2 equipment- Repowered with a Yanmar3YM30 diesel in 2013 with less than 100 hours. Excellent sails : the Genoa is brand new and the remaining sails have been professionally maintained by North Sails. Extensive cruising equipment including new Raymarine instruments (speed, depth, radar, wind, chartplotter), full ground tackle including electric windlass, extensive custom stainless steel work on deck, hot and cold pressure water and fully restored interior.
