Pearson 323 description- This is a newly built shoal-draft centerboard ketch with 2'-6" draft to max 5': 8" draft. The builder was unable to complete interior because of health reasons. Work required to complete this boat is to finish the interior joiner work, build the spars, and finish the mechanical and electrical systems, enabling buyer to design to personal requirements (plans available)

- She can sleep 5 with a v: berth forward, a single to port on the settee and a double to starboard with the dining table converted.

- Sleeps eight in three staterooms and convertible dinette. Matched double (6'6"x 48) berth staterooms in aft of each hull. Main salon in center of boat with chart area and storage to port, U: shaped dinette with seating for six to eight in center over bridgedeck and galley to starboard. Dinette converts to a double berth. Forward on port is the head/shower area with a folding Plexiglas door separating the shower area from the head. Forward on starboard is the master stateroom with a standard queen berth (6'6"x 5'4")over the forward bridgedeck area. Large polycarbonate windows provide ample light and give the interior an open an airy feeling. Stratipoint Teak & Holly floorboards cabin soles and abundant teak trim provide a warm interior feel.
