Pearson 365 description- Forward is a huge V: berth with opening overhead hatch for air flow on the warmest nights. Next aft to port is a storage cabinet and to starboard is the head. The head has a marine toilet (brand new as of June 2014), hot and cold pressure water and a "telephone" type shower. There is a curtain that protects the teak door and trim.
- KEEL: stepped mast. All standing and running rigging replaced 2008. Also new lifelines and stern rail.

- This is a newly built shoal-draft centerboard ketch with 2'-6" draft to max 5': 8" draft. The builder was unable to complete interior because of health reasons.
