- Very nice Bill Lapworth designed Cal 31. Spent 99% of its life in fresh water. Extensive refit in 2014: 2015, and in very good mechanical condition. Recently sailed from Chattanooga, TN to Carrabelle, FL; living aboard for two months. Fresh bottom paint in Nov. 2014. Completely ready for extended cruising. Can provide manuals and reviews by email.
- New top-of-the-line AGM batteries, a multi: stage charger, new refrigeration, and a new hot water heater are some of the recent upgrades. She has been kept on a dock with 24/7 dehumidification when the owners are away. A custom cover in the winter keeps the hull above waterline out of the elements. The teak and holly sole and interior cushions are in immaculate condition, and antifouling bottom paint is applied annually.
